M I N U T E S
March 31, 1979 9 : 30 A.M.
I. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by President Shelley at 9 :40 A.M.
Members Present: Edward Shelley, Nonette Hanko, Richard Bishop
and Katherine Duffy
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench, Craig Britton, Stanley Norton
Eric Mart and Charlotte MacDonald
II. CLAIMS
Motion: It was moved and seconded that the claims (C-79-07)
dated March 31, 1979 be approved. The motion passed
unanimously.
III. OLD BUSINESS WITH NO ACTION REQUESTED
A. Tour of Picchetti Property and Explanation of Winery/Vineyard
Lease Proposal
C. Britton conducted a tour of the Picchetti Ranch Area and ex-
plained how the various buildings would be restored and used. He
pointed out which areas would be used for viticulture under the
proposed lease with Owen O'Donnel et al.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 11 :40 A.M.
