AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR A SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
ASSEMBLY AT PHILLIPS-NICKELS WELL.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Vir-
ginia, as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to
enter into a contract for the purchase and installation of one
50 horsepower/500 gpm submersible motor and pump assembly for
the Phillips-Nickels well at a cost not to exceed $10,000.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made to Account
No. 10300-217, Repairs to Wells, for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1978 in the amount of $10,000.
