AUTHORIZING TOWN ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE
FOR ISSUANCE OF UP TO $7,000,000 IN BONDS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Attorney is directed to prepare for Council considera-
tion, at its September 28 meeting, an appropriate ordinance as de-
scribed in the Code of Virginia to provide for issuance of up to
$7,000,000 in bonds, for a term of up to 25 years at a maximum
rate of interest of six percent, for construction of the Potomac
River Water Treatment Plant and necessary storage and transmis-
sion facilities.
