A RESOLUTION: COMMENTING ON THE DESIGNATION OF SOLID WASTE
MANAGEMENT PLANNING AREAS
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg has been invited to comment on
the designation of solid waste management planning areas as de-
scribed in Section 4006(a) of the Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act of 1976:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
The concept of designating Virginia's counties as their solid
waste planning regions for the State is endorsed.
PASSED this 14th day of September , 1977.
