CERTIFICATION TO BANKS TO SHOW JOHN T. McEWAN AS
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Resolution No. 76-106 dated July 14, 1976 designating Peoples
National Bank, First and Merchants National Bank~ Virginia National
Bank and First Virginia Bank as depositories for accounts in the
name of "Town of Leesburg, Virginia" is amended to show John T.
McEwan as Director of Finance, effective October 3, 1977.
