COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 20, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The July 20, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:48 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales Graham Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich,
Prather, Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from Invited Guests – Mayor Tergin announced that
Councilmen Graham, Henry, and Hussey have invited Mr. Said Sewell, Provost
Vice-President of Academic Affairs at Lincoln University, to read a letter from Dr.
Kevin Rome thanking the Jefferson City Fire Department for their recent
response to a structure fire on campus. Mr. Sewell’s presentation will be made at
Item 7-c on the agenda.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
