COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 3, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The August 3, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales Graham Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich,
Prather, Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from Invited Guests – Mayor Tergin announced that she would
like to add an item “e” to this category to recognize two City employ ees, Britt
Smith and Buck Wilson, who were awarded the Sam B. Cook Award last week at
a Downtown Jefferson City event. She asked that this item be included as an
amendment to the agenda when it is adopted in the following meeting.
Lincoln University Liaison Updates – Mayor Tergin announced that Lincoln
University Liaison Jonathan Jackson will be unable to attend tonight’s meeting
due to a conflict in schedules with his Lincoln activities.
Consent Agenda – Councilman Scrivner stated he will be requesting to remove
item “c,” (402 Hart Street Deed of Trust), for separate consideration under the
Consent Agenda.
Mayor Tergin asked if Bill Betts would be able to make an announcement at the
regular meeting regarding the City’s new website.

The meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
