A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING CHARLES R. MARTIN AS CITY
ATTORNEY,.PRESCRIBING HIS DUTIES, AND
SETTING A SALARY IN CONNECTION THERE -
WITH, & APPOINTING JOHN ROBERT FLANORICK
AND HOMER H. BELL AS ASSISTANT CITY
ATTORNEYS, OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Charles R.
Martin, Of 2456 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California, as City
Attorney of the City of Temple City.
SECTION 2. The duties of such office shall be as set forth
in that certain letter dated April 8, 1965, a copy of which is attach-
ed hereto and by this reverence incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. The salary for said office shall be the sum of
$800.00 per month, payable monthly, in the manner and means set forth
in said letter.
SECTION 4. The City Council does hereby appoint John Robert
Flandrick and Homer H. Bell as Assistant City Attorneys to serve at the
pleasure of the City Council without compensation as the said John
Robert Flandrick and Homer H. Bell are paid by the City Attorney as
members of his staff.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City, at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of April, 1965, by the following vote
of the Council:

NOES: Councilmen- None
