A RESOLUTION:
REGARDING THE FINANCING OF UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
BENEFITS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to pay quarterly tax
contributions to the Virginia Employment Commission in accordance
with Section 60.1-72 of the Virginia Unemployment Compensation Act,
to finance the costs of unemployment compensation benefits for
employees of the Town of Leesburg.
