DIRECTING TOWN ATTORNEY TO DEFEND THE TOWN IN
MOTHER GOOSE, INC. V. TOWN OF LEESBURG
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Attorney is directed to defend the Town in the
case of Mother Goose, Inc. v. Town of Leesburg.
