special use permit for planned development in the B-5 Traditional Business District for a hotel
and restaurant development on the property located at 15024 S. Des Plaines Dr. (PIN: 06-03-09-403-037- 0000) legally described as follows: The South 15.12 Feet Of The East 157.02 Feet Of Lot 15 And The East 157 Feet Of Lot 16, In
Assessor's Subdivision Of Block 4 In Arnold's Addition To Plainfield, According To The Plat
Thereof Recorded August 24, 1867, In Book 102, Page 222, As Document No 57290, All In The Southeast Quarter Of Section 9, Township 36 North, Range 9, East Of The Third Principal Meridian, In Will County, Illinois.
