On Tuesday evening, April 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony regarding a request for a
special use for planned development to permit auto dealership and accessory uses in B-3 zoning
district on the property located generally north of 143rd Street, south of Joseph Ave. on the eastside of Route 59 (PIN: 06-03-03-302-012- 0000) legally described as follows: Lot 6 In Prairie Creek North-South First Subdivision, Being A Subdivision Of Part Of The West
1/2 Of Section 3, Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third Principal Meridian, In Will
County, Illinois, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded September 21, 2011 As Document R2011-088335. An accurate map of the subject property is on file with the Village Clerk. All interested parties
are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
