AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR CATOCTIN VIEW SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the
Standard Agreemen~ and the Performance Bond in the amount of
$~3,000 by the Travelers Indemnity Company is approved. Both
of these instruments are to guarantee installation of public
improvements for Catoctin View Subdivision, Section 1, in ac-
cordance with plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
