AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REPLACEMENT SLUDGE
RECIRCULATION P~4PS
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into
a purchase agreement for two sludge recirculation pumps with
Kappe Associates, Inc., P. 0. Box 1036, 14211 Travilah Road,
Rockville, Md. 20850, at a cost not to exceed $8,000.00.
