A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOUDOUN
TO PROVIDE DOG CONTROL AND ENFORCEMENT SERVICES.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to execute the dog
control and enforcement services agreement between the town and
the County of Loudoun; said agreement being the same as attached
with a memorandum to the Council dated December 16, 1977. The
Clerk of Council shall attest the aforementioned agreement on
behalf of the town.
