The City of Moab will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2001 at 5:00 PM. The
purpose of this meeting will be as follows:
SECTION 1: NEW BUSINESS
1-1 Request for Approval of Local Consent for a Private Club License for Kevin
Gallaher, d.b.a. Poplar Place Located at 11 East 100 North
1-2 Award of the One -Ton Truck Bid
1-3 Approval of Change Order #1 for the 2001 Chip Sealant Project
1-4 Approval of Agreement for Torch Relay Services between the Salt Lake Organizing
Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 and the City of Moab
1-5 Approval of the Designated Marks and Copyrights License Agreement between the
Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 and the
City of Moab
1-6 Confirmation of Election Officials and Counting Judges for the 2001 Primary and
General Elections
1-7 Pay the Bills Against the City of Moab
The meeting will be held in the Moab City Council Chambers of Moab City Offices at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah.
