I. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by President Shelley
at 7 :45 P.M.
Members Present: Edward Shelley, Daniel Wendin, Harry
Turner, Katherine Duffy, Nonette Hanko, Barbara Green
and Richard Bishop.
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench and Stanley Norton.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board recessed to Executive Session.
ADJOURNMENT
The Board reconvened to adjourn at 11:03 P.M.
