RESOLUTION NO. 65 -461
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING
A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF OLIVE FROM ROSEMEAD EASTERLY 450
FEET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
6544, known as the "Traffic Ordinance" of the County of Los Angeles,
and pursuant to Section 3301 of the Temple City Municipal Code, the
City Council does hereby designate the south side of Olive from
Rosemead easterly 450 feet as a "No Parking" zone.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is directed to post the street
or streets above set forth, to the extent required by law, so as to
give reasonable notice of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of April, 1965.
