CONTINUING UTILITY COMMITMENT TO NURSING HOME
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The utility service commitment made June 11, 1975 for a
120-bed nursing home to be located on the east side of Morven
Park Road is continued so long as the Virginia Department of
Health Certificate of Need for the project remains valid.
PASSED this 25th day of January , 1978.
