TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING WELL OPTIONS, AWARDING OF CONTRACTS AND
AN APPROPRIATION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to
secure purchase options in the amount of $100 each for the follow-
ing:

SECTION II. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to
enter into negotiated contracts for construction and development
of test wells in a total amount not to exceed $10,000.
SECTION III. An appropriation of $10,200 is made to Account
No. 10300.816 - New Wells.
