AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS POLICE VEHICLES BY
PUBLIC AUCTION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to dispose
of two surplus police vehicles by public auction to be held on
February 10, 1978.
SECTION II. Public notice advertising the sale of the sur-
plus vehicles shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on
February 1, 1978.
PASSED this 25th day of January , 1978.
