A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PER-
FORMANCE BOND TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR HERITAGE HALL 5 NURSING HOME
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute
the Standard Agreement. Upon approval of the Town Attorney,
Performance Bond No. 478634 of Western Surety Company in the
amount of $6,336.00 is approved. Both of these instruments
are to guarantee installation of public improvements for
Heritage Hall 5 Nursing Home, in accordance with plans
approved by the Director of Engineering.
