RESOLUTION NO. 65 -463
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 64 -376 IN CONNECTION
WITH THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that it
has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 64 -376 providing for the ac-
quisition of certain property in connection with Parking District
No, 1, advancing the sum of $7,500.00 upon a $68,500. purchase price
and providing that for repayment thereof to the General Fund from
the Parking District revenues as set forth in Section 31710 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 2, The City Council further finds and determines
that since the adoption of said Resolution No. 64 -376, it has made
additional advances upon said purchase price in the amount of $500.00
per month and for the payment of taxes and escrow charges.
SECTION 3. The City Council therefore declares that such
additional advances are to be construed as drawn from the General
Fund of the City to acquire the subject property pursuant to the pro -
ceedings for Parking District No, 1; and the City Council further
declares that such additional advances shall be paid from the first
monies available from cash collection of assessments or sale of bonds,
or both, in the manner set forth in Section 31710 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1965, by the following
