REQUIRING A GUARANTY AGREEMENT AS A CONDITION TO
APPROVAL OF AIRPORT LEASE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. Century Aviation, Inc., Ralph W. Sumpter and
Gerald B. Levin, as a condition to approval and execution of a
lease and operating agreement for land at Leesburg Municipal
Airport, shall execute a guaranty agreement in a form approved
by the Town Attorney.
SECTION II. The
behalf of the town.
PASSED this 8th
shall acknowledge the agreement on
