A RESOLUTION:
TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

APPROVING FORM OF WATER MAIN EASEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
AND AN APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to
transmit the easemen~ as attached to the memorandum to Council
dated February 23, 1978, to John and Gladys Wright.
SECTION II. The deed of easement, once executed and returned
by Mr. and Mrs. Wright, is accepted and the Mayor is hereby author-
ized to acknowledge the same on behalf of the Town.
SECTION III. An appropriation of $3,000.00 is made to Account
No. 5000~804, Waterworks Improvements, Miscellaneous. This amount
is to be forwarded to O. Leland Mahan and George M. Martin, Trus-
tees, who shall deposit the same to an account established with
the Peoples National Bank of Leesburg, to be held by them
as Trustees until final completion of the installation of the
water main.
