A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING SUBSTITUTION OF A PERFORMANCE BOND
FOR THE CASH BOND WHICH WAS APPROVED FOR INSTAL-
LATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAFEWAY STORES,
INCORPORATED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Town Manager is authorized and directed to substitute Bond
No. 2210559 of Safeco Insurance Company in the amount of $3,470.00
for the cash bond in the amount of $3,470.00 for guarantee of instal-
lation of public improvements for Safeway Stores, Incorporated.
PASSED this 22nd day of March , 1978.
