ENDORSING FEDERAL JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY
PREVENTION PROGRAMS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention
Act funds are endorsed for the Salvation Army Children's Emer-
gency Shelter and Discovery programs, as described in a letter
to the Town from the Northern Virginia Planning District Com-
mission dated February 3, 1978.
