DIRECTING MANAGER TO PREPARE INSTRUMENTS FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF TITLE TO UTILITY MAINS AND EASEMENTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Manager shall work out with the Town Attorney an
appropriate mechanism for acquiring the requisite instruments
for the Town to have in its hand title to its utility mains and
easements within which they lie.
