A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE
COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE WITHIN THE
TOWN OF LEESBURG
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Public Notice, Contract, General Specifica-
tions, Instructions to Bidders and Proposal form for the collec-
tion of garbage and refuse within the town, as submitted with a
memorandum to the Mayor and Council dated March 31, 1978, are
hereby approved.
SECTION II. The Manager is authorized and directed to publish
the Invitation to Bidders in the April 20 issue of the Loudoun
Times Mirror.
