AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A GUARANTEE FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING
WATER AND SEWER EXTENSIONS FOR PEER MANOR SUBDIVISION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to execute
the standard agreement for public improvements for Peer Manor Sub-
division, Sections 1 and 2.
SECTION II. Extension of municipal water and sewer works
for Peer Manor, Sections 1 and 2, is approved.
SECTION III. An escrow account in the amount of $56,400 to
guarantee installation of public improvements in Peer Manor Subdivi-
sion, Section 1, in accordance with plans approved by the Director
of Engineering, is approved.
