A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE SALE OF CENTURY AVIATION, INC.,
STOCK TO JOHN TILGHMAN
WHEREAS, the present stockholders of Century Aviation,
Inc., desire to sell 1,500 shares of stock in Century Aviation,
Inc., to John Tilghman, of LaPlata, Maryland; and
WHEREAS,the Leesburg Airpor.t Commission did recommend
approval of said sale at their April 17, 1978, regular meeting;
and
WHEREAS, Article XIV, Section 2, of the lease and operat-
ing agreement with Century Aviation, Inc., provides for town
consent prior to the sale or transfer of more than 10 per cent
of Century Aviation's stock;
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The proposed sale of 1,500 shares of Century Aviation, Inc.,
stock to John Tilghman, of LaPlata, Maryland, equal to one-
third of the stock issued, is approved.
