Board of Electrical Examiners and Review
Jefferson City, Missouri
July 1, 2015

The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met July 1, 2015, in the Small Conference Room of the
John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Bill Luebbert at 5:01 p.m. A
quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes for May 6,2015 Meeting
A motion was made by Dave Steinman and seconded by Chris Bruemmer to approve the minutes of the
May 6, 2015 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
Review License Applications
• John Sumner applied to take Journeyman exam.A motion to approve his application was made
by Ray Fink and seconded by Dave Steinman. Motion passed by show of hands.
• Colt McNew applied to take Master exam. A motion to approve his application was made by
Richard Green and seconded by Jim Gooch. Motion passed by show of hands.
• Jared Keaton applied to take Journeyman exam. A motion to approve his application was made
by Chris Bruemmer and seconded by Richard Green. Motion passed by show of hands.
• Paul Witzel applied to take Master exam. A motion to approve his application was made by Dave
Steinman and seconded by Ray Fink. Motion passed by show of hands.
• Daniel T. Stelzer applied to receive his Journeyman license. A motion to approve his application
was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Richard Green. Motion passed by show of hands.
• Alan Scott Mullins applied to receive his Journeyman license. A motion to approve his application
was made by Dave Steinman and seconded by Jim Gooch. Motion passed by show of hands.
Old Business
There was more discussion on the approved Apprentice license ordinance. If anyone would like to
appeal a decision the Electrical Board makes, the next step would be to go to Court. Jim Gooch moved
that there will not be an appeal process with the decisions that the Electrical Board make and was
seconded by Dave Steinman. Motion passed with show of hands.
New Business
There was discussion of renewal of licenses for every 3 years.
Schedule Next Meeting
The next meeting was tentatively set for September 2, 2015.
Adjournment
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
