A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEmeNT AND APPROVING A PERFORM-
ANCE BOND AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMIT FOR
CONSTRUCTION ON DRY MILL ROAD.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement for public improvements to provide sewer
service to two lots on the east side of Dry Mill Road approxi-
mately 300 feet south of its intersection with Catoctin Circle.
Extension of the municipal sewer works for this project is
approved, and a cash performance bond in the amount of
$7,315.00 to guarantee installation of the sewer in connection
with plans approved by the Director of Engineering is approved.
