GRANTING WAIVER OF CERTAIN SITE-PLAN REQUIREMENTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The bonding requirements and site-plan fees provided in
Chapter 9A of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance are hereby waived
in accordance with Section 9A-6-12 of said Ordinance for con-
struction of the Loudoun County court's complex.
