claims a lien against the real property described for money due and owing for labor
performed and/or materials and equipment furnished in the improvement of said property.
Said service or labor and/or materials or equipment was performed and/or furnished at
the request of Superior Modular Custom Home Buildings and performance by
Claimant was commenced on March 15, 2007 and ceased or was completed on
May 8, 2007.
The real property subject to the lien is located in Valley County, State of Idaho as in more
particularly described as follows:

McCall, Idaho 83638
Lot 3 Block 3 in Greystone Village #3
The name of the owner or reputed owner of said property is
City of McCall
The amount of unpaid to Claimant, after deducting all just credits and offsets for which
this lien is claimed is $1075.33, attorney's fees thereon.
Wherefore, the Claimant hereby claims a lien against the above described real property
and against the improvements located thereon for the said sum of $1075.33, which
amount does not include accrued interest, filing fees and collection costs incurred to this
date.
The undersigned is knowledgeable of the matter stated herein and verily believes the
same to be true and just. The undersigned has today mailed a true and correct copy of the
Claim of Lien to the said owner or reputed owner at the foregoing address by certified
mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid.
