AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL ADVISORS
INCORPORATED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Municipal Advisors Incorporated, P. O. Box 45,
Virginia Beach, Virginia, for financial advisory services related
to the issuance of $5,000,000 water bond issue at a cost not to
exceed $7,000.
An appropriation is made to Account No. 10300.263, Utility
Lines Division Professional Services, in the amount of $7,000
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978.
