A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
BOND AND EXTENSION OF THE MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS
FOR MADISON HOUSE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SEC_TION I. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to
execute the Standard Agreement and a cash performance bond in
the amount of $19,420 is approved. This instrument is to
guarantee installation of public improvements for the Madison
House project in accordance with plans approved by the Director
of Engineering.
SECTION II. Extension of the municipal water works for
the purpose of installing an on-site fire hydrant is approved.
