TOWN OF LEESBURG

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE & CO. TO CONDUCT ANNUAL
AUDIT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Yount, Hyde and Company, certified public accountants, is
hereby authorized to conduct the annual audit for the Town of
Leesburg at a cost not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000)
unless the scope of the audit extends beyond normal circumstances,
and twenty-five (25) copies of the final report shall be de-
livered to the Town by October 31, 1978.
PASSED this 14th day of June , 1978.
