AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RETAINER FEE TO BE
PAID TO THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE
AND ESTABLISHIR; iDE .l2"J!".tC.rIVE DATE 1~.
BE IT 00DAlNED BY THE CD1E:RNIR; lUJY CF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE KANSAS:
Section 1. The City Attorney of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas
shall be paid a monthly retainer fee of $1,250.00 to be effective as
of July, 1988.
Section 2. Any ordinance inconsistant with the provisions of
Section 1 hereof, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and. after its publication in the official City Newspaper.
