A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CENTURY
AVIATION, INC., DATED MARCH 8, 1978
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg has executed a management
agreement with Century Aviation, Inc., dated March 8, 1978,
to manage some aspects of the town's responsibilities on cer-
tain areas of Leesburg Municipal Airport (Godfrey Field); and
WHEREAS, Century Aviation, Inc., desires an amendment to
said management agreement to change the method of compensation
for their use of the common use area and unleased areas at
the airport; and
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Airport Commission has endorsed this
amendment:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg
in Virginia as follows:
Paragraph (2) (i) of the management agreement between the
Town of Leesburg and Century Aviation, Inc., is hereby amended
to read as follows:
(i) pay to the Town 25 percentum of annual gross re-
ceipts from storage of aircraft not owned by the manage-
ment corporation on the common use area and all other
areas assigned to it by the airport commission, if when
added to the percentage rents calculated pursuant to
Section 2 of the lease and operating agreement by and
between the Town and Management Corporation dated March
8, 1978, the total exceeds the base minimum rent set
out in Section 1 of said lease and operating agreement.
