AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR BEVERAGE
AND SNACK MACHINES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid
proposals for the provision of beverage and snack machines to be located at
certain Borough facilities; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough officials are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract
documents and to advertise for receipt of bids based upon
the same for the provision of beverage and snack machines
to be located at certain Borough facilities.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough's Purchasing Department and the Borough
Attorney.
Adopted this 22nd day of April, 2004 and
certified as a trae copy of the original on
