TOWN OF LEESBURG

AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE BRADSHAW PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF KING STREET AND CATOCTIN
CIRCLE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement, and the cash bond in the amount of $5,500.00
is approved, both of which are to guarantee installation of
public improvements for the Paul E. Bradshaw commercial building
at the southwest corner of Catoctin Circle and King Streets,
all in accordance with plans approved by the Director of
Engineering.
