A RESOLUTION:
TOWN OF LEESBURG

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AN EASEMENT.
RESOLVED BY the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The purchase of a water main easement and tempo=
rary construction easement through the lands of Lucas D. Phillips,
Carleton Penn and Carole L. Penn, as shown on a plat prepared by
Bengtson, DeBell & Elkin, Inc., revised June 1978, is hereby autho-
rized at a cost not to exceed $2,980.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made to Account #20500.805,
1976 Waterworks Improvements, System Strengthening, in the amount of
$2,980 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.
