AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF DUMP TRUCK
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement with S & R Chevrolet-Oldsmobile, Inc., P. O.
Drawer 1196, Leesburg, Virginia 22075, for the purchase of one
1979 Chevrolet dump truck equipped in accordance with specifications
dated July 25, 1978 at a price not to exceed $11,845.00.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the Utility Fund to
Account No. 20100.802, Auto Equipment-Truck, in the amount of
$11,845.00 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.
