AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR A MOBILE LEAF AND
TRASH COLLECTING VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bids for a
Mobile Leaf and Trash Collecting Vehicle; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough officials are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents
and to advertise for receipt of bids based upon the same for a
Mobile Leaf and Trash Collecting Vehicle.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Purchasing Department and the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 22nd day of April, 2004 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
