A RESOLUTION: RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF LOIS M.
FRANCIS FOR REVISION OF ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMEN-
DATION UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE 1950
CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The application of Lois W. Francis for Revision
of the zoning district map, assigned No. ZM-22, is received and
referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recommen-
dation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1, of the 1950 Code of Virginia,
as amended.
SECTION II. The Planning Commission is further requested
to study and make recommendations for appropriate revisions of the
zoning plan for all the land fronting on East Loudoun Street be-
tween South Harrison and East Market Streets.
