A FESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST,
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE
ACQUISITION OF THE FEE INTEREST IN
AND TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR
PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS, TO WIT:
OFF STREET PARKING FACILITIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Temple City does hereby find, determine and declare that
the public interest, convenience and necessity require
the acquisition of the fee interest in and to certain
real property for public buildings and grounds, to wit:
off - street parking facilities.
That the location of said public project has been
planned and located in a manner which will be most
compatible with the greatest public good and the least
private injury.
SECTION 2. That it is the intention of said City
Council to acquire in its name the fee interest in and
to said real property as hereinafter described, by a
proceeding in condemnation, in accordance with the
provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State
of California.
SECTION 3. That the said properties, as herein-
above referred to, the acquisition of which is required
by said public interest, convenience and necessity, for •
the purposes as set forth in SECTION 1 hereof, are
located in. the City of Temple City, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, and are more particularly described
as follows:
PARCEL 1
Lot 137 of Tract No. 6561, in the City of
Temple City, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in
Book 72 pages 34 and 35 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL 2
Lot 186 of Tract No. 6561, in the City of
Temple City, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in
Book 72 pages 34 and 35 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 4. That the City Attorney of the City of
Temple City, and designated Special Counsel, are here-
by authorized and directed to prepare, institute and
prosecute in the name of said City such proceedings
in the proper Court having jurisdiction thereof as may
be necessary for the acquisition of said fee interest
in and to said real property as hereirabcve described
in Section 3 hereof.

SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution.
