A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL ADVISORS, INC.
FOR UTILITY RATE STUDY.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement with Municipal Advisors, Inc., P. O. Box 45,
Virginia Beach, Virginia 23458, for a utility rate study as described
in the July 31, 1978 "Scope of Services for Utility Rate Study" and
the August 28, 1978 proposal from Municipal Advisors, Inc. at a cost
not to exceed $6,500.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the Utility Fund
to Account No. 20400.806-B, Potomac River Water Supply Rate Study, in
the amount of $6,500.00 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.
