A RESOLUTION:
TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

ADOPTE~'0ctober 11, 1978
REQUESTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND
RECOMMEND AMENDMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, the manager has prepared proposed Subdivision and Land
Development Regulations dated September 29, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Section 15.1-472 of the State Code provides that no
amendment of local subdivision regulations shall be adopted without
reference of the proposed amendments to the Planning Commission for
recommendation:
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The proposed Subdivision and Land Development Regulations pre-
pared by the manager and dated September 29, 1978 are referred to
the Planning Commission for recommendation in line with Section
15.1-472 of the State Code.
