ACCEPTING DEED OF DEDICATION BY COUNTY OF LOUDOUN
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Deed of Dedication made the 22nd day of September, 1978,
by and between The County of Loudoun in Virginia and the Town of
Leesburg, Virginia, for public street purposes at the southwesterly
corner of North Street and Slack Lane, and containing 4163 square
feet, as shown on plat dated February, 1978 and prepared by
DeLashmutt Associates, Certified Land Surveyors, is hereby ac-
cepted and the Mayor is authorized to acknowledge the same on
behalf of the Town.
PASSED this llth day of October , 1978.
